When you invite any guest into your classroom, whether in person or virtually (online), unforseen things can happen. Should something happen during one of your virtual visits, it will be up to you to use your professional judgement to determine what course of action is most appropriate.

The dHL does not accept liabilty for the content provided by our meBooks, or for the contents of external links, over the structure of which we have no control. This statement is valid for all of the links on the websites and for all contents of the pages to which the links or banners lead.

Informing Parents

When scheduling a virtual visit with a dHL meBook, teachers are strongly encouraged to notify parents of the event. Informing parents of a dHL virtual visit is a great way to communicate one of the many exciting opportunities for learning being made available to students in your classroom. In some cases parents and other community members may wish to visit your classroom on the day of the scheduled event.
