He is the author of many of MediaSmarts\u2019 resources including its&nbsp;<em>Use, Understand, Create: Digital Literacy Framework for Canadian K-12 Schools.<\/em>&nbsp;He has served as on expert panels convened by the Canadian Pediatric Society, the Canadian Standards Association and the Sex Information &amp; Education Council of Canada, consulted on provincial curriculum for the Ontario Ministry of Education, and been interviewed by outlets such as The Globe and Mail, BBC News Magazine, The Christian Science Monitor, Radio Canada International and CBC\u2019s The&nbsp;National.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Media Smarts<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><em><a href=\"https:\/\/mediasmarts.ca\/mlw-events\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">MediaSmarts<\/a> is a Canadian not-for-profit charitable organization for digital and media literacy.
